      First: do not Focus on loosing weight but adding muscle mass to burn fat! Therefore running every day for 10 km is stupid, 1-2 times a week is enough to ramp up endurance. And do not only do static running - integrate playfull stuff like intervalls and sprints if your goal is to build up overall muscle mass instead of just loosing weight - compare marathon runners vs sprinters - whats your goal in terms of looks?

      Sit-ups every day: too much hip flexor traing can lead to imbalance or your hip posture and runches every day are not good for the lower back.

      Do body rows instead of crunches so you have an antagonist movement to pushups.

      Maybe do the exercies only every other day depending on how you feel - it depends on the intensity - how it feels for YOU.

                                Try stretching a lot before and after and keep doing this you'll see more results! Plus after each run you could try downing a fruit smoothie (naked is my favorite brand) to help re energize you

                                            What everyone think is that losing weight is the actual goal that have to be done when exercising. also keep in mind ur muscles can also add up to the weight, even just doing body weight training. You could be 180lb fat or 180lb ripped.

                                                                  You never actually did the "One Punch Challenge". You never did "full range of motion" on any of your exercises. Here is what I mean, each exercise you did was barely complete. A true pushup is getting your chest to the ground and then pushing back up fully extending your arms. A true squat is getting your glutes all the way towards your ankles and then all the way back up. Your Situps have to bring your chest to your knees. You mentioned how much the run hurt, that is only because your form was off. Learn how to do "Pose" running and land on the balls of your feet and not your heals you will transfer the impact through your entire legs and not your ankles. Redo the challenge with Full Range of Motion and you will see the results you want.

                                                                      You need to add variety to your workout so that you don’t get bored. Plus sit ups don’t really work on your abs. Crunch’s are more the way to go.
