I'm not sure if Levi is a mascot or the boss?
He always shows up at the end of the job like to give his approval.

@Andrew Camarata I saw those videos. And every other video you made. Lol. My dogs bark at Levi every time they see him. Except when he's snowmobiling they like that.
Thanks for the great entertainment and teaching folks to be self reliant.

I think that we agree that this isn't the ultimate forest clearing device, BUT....
I think this will do a nice job of leveling growth in an area with young growth of grasses, shrubs and some 1-2" saplings.
If you want to get into heavier removal you might need a disc or drum style with carbine tips that will resist getting dull. (

You need a high flow machine to run that mower. Time to upgrade

I know you have used this mower on your Bob Cat which has a little more flow. There are many to choose from as you know. Everybody likes to offer advice and recommend a high flow machine. That costs money plus you need a skid steer to match. I'm interested in a standard flow mower similar to what you have. ( A mower , not a drum or rotary mulcher) After owning this for 4 months, would you buy the same brand ?

How much do you estimate you would charge for a day's worth of land clearing with this rig? I'm near Syracuse. I'm considering renting a walk-behind brush hog, but there's sections of small trees to clear out like at 10:00 which would be pretty time consuming for me.

If the controls are kind of like the bobcat if you turn the lever with your thumb and then squeeze the trigger hopefully it will keep the Brush mower running
Without having to keep your thumb on the control

How do you think this would do on front of a small tractor Andrew? Looks like it might be awesome for wooded trails and keeping trees from growing over onto the edges of fields. Just raise it up vertically and trim the scrubby limbs off... All hydraulic driven and not PTO I'm guessing...

Your other attachment is probably better on the tractor for mowing lawns, it looks like it would be easier to operate & easier on the lawn than using the skid steer..
