                                      Comparing ronnie coleman to an olympic lifter? Olympic lifts are techniqual compare that olympic lifter to ronnie coleman on the squat,bench,and deadlift and they would be alot closer and ronnie might even have him beat on the deadlift or even bench press.Also ronnie coleman and all bodybuilders have fake muscle by injecting there steriods and synthol into there bodyparts(steriods are only mean to be injected in your ass muscle)so they have inches of scar tissue across there entire body making smaller body parts larger like arms,chest,delts,back,even there legs...also we have studies showing that taking larger amounts of steriods will have more of an impact on size vs strength.and more moderate doses of steriods give you the best pound for pound strength which is what the oly lifter was doing...and yeah we know bodybuilders dont know how to train for strength that well at all even ronnie coleman didnt train for strength as well as a powerlifter or olympic lifter amd he was still brutally strong..you seem to know nothing about science when it comes to steriods and the human body and how it responds to certain training methods and dose response etc...also you lost alot of muscle on your cut because you did lots of cardio on your cut thats why your squat and deadlift dropped...use some mk677 or alittle bit of HGH and instead of doing cardio on your cut do weighted sprints or heavy prowler pushes for conditioning and save the cardio when you go back to maintence calories or for when your back to a calorie surplus.

                                                                                          I used to do powerlifting from my early 20s until I was 28 when I was diagnosed with two herniated discs. When I was 26 I was fat as f*ck weighting over 100 kg at the height of 178 cm. After the diagnosis my physiatrist recommended me to improve the mobility of my body and I started training calisthenics (and hitting the gym only twice per week) since I could no longer deadlift nor squat. Now almost one year later I weight only 77 kg and all my big lifts are down but I can do more than 30 pull-ups and despite not actively bench pressing I can bench 140 kg. But most importantly, I have a lot of strength with respect to my body weight and I have way more energy now than as a fat*ss. It is a strange feeling to be able to do all kinds of tricks and move the body easily around (like doing handstand push-ups or planche push-ups). I believe that having high strength with respect to body weight, having good mobility and cardiovascular fitness is the key in leading a healthy and happy life. It's also nice not having to be fed like a farm animal anymore. No more powerlifting more me.
