With the septic on top of the land, won't that put a lot of poop on top of the field???

        Love on the purdy pupper!

I have never seen such bad rocky soil in all of my life as I have seen in the many videos of yours I have enjoyed watching. I thought my yard was a mess of rock but the soil in that area of the country you work in makes mine look like high end potting soil. LOL

The "tiny homes" can be mobile or stationary. They are tiny compared to conventional construction.
The tiny homes can also have custom features as opposed to factory produced mobile homes.

An advantage of tracks over wheels is the contact area, traction and pounds per square inch.
I think it would also give you better compacting with the flatter (side to side) pattern of the track.

Looks like great rock for the base of the road, i would prefer the rock stead of grass to have to mow, a small tractor with a rake to level and bust up the rock. The septic system is well ...well...wow could be just tore out and redone like you said.(It's Unbelievably Screwed Up) You just cleaning up greatly improved the appearance of the ground underneath! The lady sounds she's a bit out of her element.

Here it is September 7, 2019 and Michael and Levi worked out moving all the brush and later there might be a big burn of the collected brush.  One thing is that we never run out of doing work.  There's plenty to go around.  thanks for these videos.

With how much gravel you brought in, I figured she asked you to bury the "tiny house ". And maybe some bad life choices.

Septic lines usually dont freeze because there is never sitting water in them. The water just runs right threw them.

You should get one the drones that follows your smart phone. You can just let it go up and it’ll watch you work all day. One of my friends had one and when we go off-roading it follows us through the trails all day

That septic system is a mess. Lots of people that do tiny homes install composting toilets then all that needed is a simple system for dealing with gray water. Works well especially if a person's not sure how permanent the tiny house is going to be.

Or your idea of just doing a small septic close to the tiny house was good instead of going big for a house that they may never build.

so back dragging with the tractor seems to be your method of choice for spreading gravel, makes sense for speed, width and fuel efficiency over an excavator or your Plow I presume. nice job.

I’m at a loss for why the hell anyone thought that septic would be a good idea, I mean it might as well of made the rest of the property unusable because there’s a massive ass mound with very important pipes running the length of the property

I'd call that a win win or a close call depending on if you considered this septic. I garnered something from this. If you have rock on the property, that doesn't mean it will perk test ok. When she found out that the septic was that costly, I would of moved that cabin since it is on stilts anyway She must have some money cause she has a large lot. I don't like those tiny footprint houses. It would of been easier to move well or water line as to putting in a riser for a septic that is two lots away. Good footage. I am learning about cameras from you Andrew so no help from me. I do remember that when we burned trash, we had to have a fire pumper and tank on site, rules they are nowhere near same as here..As you say, on to the next one!!

This just shows you the incompetence of the officials in the building and inspection dept. This is what happens when 1 person makes a bad call, bad engineering leading to bad installation.i would have challenged the municipal inspector and brought in my own enginner and cleared a closer area,or would hold the health inspectors solely responsible and make sure they sign off on the drawings.Absolute buffoonery and this lady will pay the price.

Andrew do you always buy your gravel just in time for the works ? i have noticed you do not seem to store sand gravel or rocks on your warehouse, here people do a lot of retention walls with massive stones, so to avoid buying them and make more money i notice that every time they have to remove big stones on a job they take them home to use in other jobs. also pretty much every one has sand and small gravel deposits for mason work, but they usually have people just doing that

@Andrew Camarata the big stones would probably compensate bringing home but you would have to be doing big excavation jobs more often. Like what you did in your house with the Hitachi. But you probably have people selling you that blue stone you guys have there for competitive prices

I buy it and bring it right to the site. There would be no advantage on buying it, brining it somewhere, dumping it, then reloading it.

A local business has a 4'x8' sign stating "Okay to dump fill" and a 20 dip in a .8 acre lot has been halved in less than a year. It should be level by 2020 at no cost to them.
