      It has to be pronounced as 'ton-koht-su' and not 'ton-kaht-su' since tonkotsu and tonkatsu are 2 different Japanese meals

                                                                      I roasted onions, chili garlic, filled the pot with Broth, SOy Sauce, cooked it and put in the Noodles and the egg at the end. Took 10 mins.

                                                                              Only thing missing (it's so close to perfect): A small handful of shredded red pickled ginger. It elevates the dish from a 10 to a 14 with next to no effort because of how it offsets the saltiness with vibrancy and aromatics (a small scoop of sambal to mix in also helps, who doesnt like spicy in their ramen)
