      Take this a step further. If you take some things with a high iron content on the ingredient label (say Special K cereal) and run it through a blender, then add water and mix it into a slush. If you put a strong magnet in that slush and leave it sit, it will have what appears to be iron filings on the magnet. And that's deliberate. The iron is part of the fortification, and it is also that fine so that it has surface area to react with the acid in your stomach so that your body can USE that iron to make blood cells. Even things that are "scary" are actually GOOD for you.

                                                      I'm not against this at all but some of her info had me concerned. Not only did the natural cheese have more fat, but it had larger servings, and so would of course have more fat. It also had nearly 0 carbohydrates vs the unnatural with 6.9 g carbs and nearly 0 sugars vs. 1.2 sugars. Sugar does indeed burn. Just roast a marshmallow. Something without sugar, like butter, also melts instead of burning because of that lack of sugar. That is part of the reason why it burns. So it's not just low fat vs high fat, it's sugar and carbs vs fat. I'm only 4 minutes in and I already have problems with her 'expert opinion'. And other things like chocolate with sugar in it do melt, but only if melted very slowly, they too will burn if torched, just try melting some in the microwave.

                                                      Edit: where they got that video of the cheese from was actually a very good and honest easy food making Instagram page that I've made meals from quite often for my mom who has autoimmune disease that don't let her eat quite a lot. So it makes me mad when she falsely accuses them of branding wrong. Technically they were right.

                                                              I mean, having the platform 'take responsibility' is a bit like censorship, to my mind, I Always do my research when I watch any youtube video, deep diving into the information I've seen in any video by looking for data that will disprove or prove the information. I think we, as viewers/platform users should take responsibility this way. I do not believe i censoring the content. If I find information the disproves the content I tend to go back to the youtube video where I originally found the dis-information and post the correct information, as well as my source.

                                                                          As someone who has done some higher level chemistry classes, salt doesn’t fully absorb in water. This has to do with the way the hydrogen bonds in the water. That’s why you can get fresh water by evaporating salt water. It’s not truly absorbed.
